1. Milan Junior Camp Bali merupakan program yang dilangsungkan berdasarkan lisensi yang dimiliki oleh PT. Asia Sports Development, yang berkantor di:

2. Tanggal terakhir pendaftaran dan pembayaran adalah sebagai berikut :

3. Biaya pendaftaran Milan Junior Camp Bali adalah 2.500 dollar selama 2 (dua) minggu.
   1 dollar = 9.500 rupiah.
   Pembayaran secara lunas harus sudah diterima sebelum pelaksanaan pelatihan dimulai,

5. Daftar Dokumen yang disertakan untuk pendaftaran:

   • Fotokopi akte kelahiran calon Peserta
   • Surat keterangan medis yang menyatakan kondisi kesehatan Peserta layak untuk mengikuti kegiatan fisik (surat keterangan dari dokter)
   • Copy dari tanda bukti pembayaran registrasi (bukti transfer pembayaran)
6. Seluruh kelengkapan dokumen serta lembar formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi, harus dikirimkan melalui pos ke alamat berikut:

7. Pendaftar yang diterima, akan diberikan pemberitahuan  melalui e-mail dan dihubungi melalui telefon.
8. Jumlah peserta & tempat sangat terbatas dan akan ditentukan berdasarkan sistem pendaftar awal lebih didahulukan (first -time first served)
9. Seluruh Pelatihan selama di Milan Junor Camp Bali akan dilangsungkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.
10. Pendaftaran melalui telefon dan fax tidak akan dilayani.
11. Bukti keterangan mengenai usia calon Peserta wajib disampaikan apabila diminta dalam formulir pendaftaran dan dokumen yang diperlukan.
12. Seluruh pelatihan, kegiatan, lokasi dan tata cara penyelenggaraan dapat berubah menyesuaikan dengan kondisi cuaca, tingkat dan beberapa alasan lainnya diluar kendali penyelenggara Milan Junior Camp dan/atau pihak-pihak terkaitnya. Kami berhak untuk membatalkan atau mengubah setiap pelatihan, apabila memang diperlukan karena alasan tertentu.
13. Pelatihan susulan tidak akan diselenggarakan bagi para Peserta yang sakit atau berhalangan hadir dalam pelatihan karena alasan pribadi.
14. Peserta menyetujui untuk memberikan hak terbuka bagi MJC tanpa batas dengan tidak diperlukan adanya persetujuan maupun penggantian apapun, untuk menggunakan nama anak yang menjadi Peserta, materi foto atau film atau sejenisnya untuk kepentingan MJC, termasuk Pertandingan persahabatan , perjalanan ke Italia, pelatihan di AC Milan Italia bagi para pemenang “The All Star Team Challenge”.
15. Milan Junior Camp akan mengutamakan keselamatan dan kenyamanan dari seluruh anak yang yang menghadiri pelatihan  Kami karenanya berhak untuk mengeluarkan/memberhentikan peserta tanpa adanya penggantian apapun, yang terbukti melakukan penganiayaan, tindakan yang mengganggu atau menimbulkan masalah secara umum terhadap sesama peserta lain, atau kelangsungan Milan Junior Camp.

1. Seluruh peserta tunduk pada persyaratan, ketentuan-ketentuan dan peraturan-peraturan yang termuat dalam lembar Formulir Pendaftaran dan/atau bagian mengenai syarat-syarat & kondisi-kondisi diatas dan setiap adanya perubahan harus dibuat secera tertulis serta ditandatangani oleh pihak Penyelenggara Milan Junior Camp yang berwenang, yang memiliki kewenangan penuh untuk melakukan penafsiran dan merubah peraturan ini, yang mana perubahan-perubahan dan penambahan ketentuan dimaksud tidak dilangsungkan dengan mengurangi hak-hak para Peserta berdasarkan Formulir Pendaftaran, dan tidak dilangsungkan juga dalam rangka untuk memperluas tanggung jawab dari pihak Penyelenggara, pihak Sponsor-sponsornya, Agen-agen atau Karyawan-karyawannyanya.
2. Tidak seorang Peserta pun yang diperbolehkan untuk mengikuti program ini, kecuali pihaknya telah melakukan pembayaran terlebih dahulu atas sejumlah uang pendaftaran yang telah disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak.
3. Pelaksanaan dari Formulir Pendaftaran atas Program dan tanda terimanya oleh pihak Penyelenggara merupakan sebagai tanda bukti yang sah atas kesediaan pihak Peserta untuk melakukan pembayaran secara penuh. Formulir pendaftaran tidak dapat dibatalkan, dan Peserta lebih lanjut mengetahui bahwa pihak Penyelenggara dapat mengambil alih seluruh pengeluaran yang timbul dari pelaksanaan kontrak, yang mana tidak dipersyaratkan untuk mengembalikan segala biaya yang telah disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak, dan bahwa pihak Penyelenggara juga berhak atas sejumlah nilai yang mungkin belum terbayarkan oleh peserta sebagai tunggakan kepada pihak Penyelenggara.
4. Pihak Penyelenggara, Sponsor-sponsornya, Agen-agen atau para Karyawannya tidak dibebani tanggung jawab atas segala bentuk kehilangan, kerusakan atau penundaan yang disebabkan atas adanya keadaan perang, keributan massa, aksi mogok atau pemberhentian kerja, perubahan peraturan, tindakan militer atau situasi lainnya yang menyebabkan ketidamungkinan atau tidak disarankannya bagi pihak Penyelenggara untuk tetap melangsungkan Program Pelatihan  pada saat dan tempat yang telah disediakan, dan pihak Penyelenggara memiliki hak untuk melakukan penjadwalan ulang Program Pelatihan pada tanggal yang berbeda dan/atau lokasi yang berbeda. Lebih lanjut, pihak Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab untuk, dan terlepas dari adanya segala konsekuensi yang timbul dari adanya perbedaan penafsiran atau kesalahpahaman, yang mungkin timbul di negara tempat pelaksanaan pelatihan, perwakilan-perwakilannya, atau lembaga lainnya, terkait dengan setiap atau seluruh materi dari Program, yang mungkin dapat berdampak bagi  para Peserta. Para Peserta memahami bahwa pihak Penyelenggara akan menderita kerugian dan kerusakan sebagai akibat dari hal tersebut, dan untuk itu tidak akan mengajukan dan mngenyampingkan adanya tuntutan-tuntutan atas adanya kerusakan atau penggantian apapun. Jumlah uang yang telah dibayarkan kepada pihak Penyelenggara sebagai biaya pendaftaran atau apapun terkait dengan Program Pelatihan akan menjadi milik pihak Penyelenggara. Para peserta bertanggung jawab memperoleh asuransi  yang sesuai untuk menutup risiko dari keadaan ini.
5. Para Peserta secara tegas mengetahui bahwa tidak ada pernyataan-pernyataan baik secara lisan maupun tertulis atau penafsiran yang telah dibuat berkaitan dengan  nilai lingkup bisnis yang dapat diperoleh dari Program Pelatihan, yang terkait dengannya, atau bahwa pihak Penyelenggara, atau setiap perwakilannya atau afiliasinya, para Karyawan atau pihak lain yang terkait dengan hal ini telah menyatakan jaminan atau kepastian mengenai Program pelatihan. Para Peserta lebih lanjut juga mengetahui bahwa dokumen ini adalah sebagai bagian dari Formulir Pendaftaran, Syarat-syarat & Ketentuan-ketentuan, dan seluruh ketentuan dan peraturan mengikat diantara  para pihak dan bahwa tidak diberikan hak untuk melangsungkan perubahan secara lisan atau penyesuaian. Tidak ada seorangpun yang berhak untuk melangsungkan perubahan secara lisan pada Formulir Pendaftaran dan/atau Syarat-syarat & Ketentuan-ketentuan.

About transfer KAKA

The 27-year-old international has agreed to a six-year contract to become the first player to join Madrid since Florentino Perez returned to the presidency this month.

Reports said the transfer fee was around 68 million Euro (about £58.6m), which would make it the second biggest ever after Zinedine Zidane joined Real from Juventus for around 73m Euro in 2001.

Kaka completed a routine medical earlier on Monday in Recife, where Brazil face Paraguay at home in a World Cup qualifier on Wednesday.

Kaka said he was leaving the Italians on good terms.

"Everything I've always done for Milan has been by mutual agreement, from the moment I arrived until my departure today," he told a news conference at the Brazil team hotel. "I'm leaving by the front door."

"I've won everything that I wanted as a player and this is a new motivation for me."

"I'm sure Real Madrid will build a competitive team which can start winning titles again."

The official unveiling in Madrid is likely to take place at the end of the month, after the Confederations Cup in South Africa.

"We are working on building a good team, an important team, and this has only just begun," Perez told radio station Onda Cero.

Milan thanked Kaka for his contribution.

"AC Milan thanks the man Kaka and the champion Kaka for his decisive contributions to so many victories obtained in the last six years," the Serie A club said in a statement.

"His loss on the field, though serious, can be filled. It will, however, be very difficult to fill the void left by Kaka the man."

Kaka has long been a target for Real Madrid since former president Ramon Calderon promised to sign him in his election campaign in 2006 but failed to deliver.

Calderon resigned in January paving the way for Perez to come back three years after he stood down, and he was returned unopposed to the post.

SPECTACULAR PROJECT

Perez has promised to deliver a "spectacular sporting project" built around the world's greatest players, and local media have spoken of a 300m-Euro war chest which will be used to finance a second 'Galactico era' at the Bernabeu.

Having lured the likes of Luis Figo, Zinedine Zidane and David Beckham to Madrid earlier in the decade, Perez's flagship first signing on his return was Kaka, a move seen as both a declaration of intent and a dig at his predecessor.

He has also spoken of interest in Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo, Bayern Munich's Franck Ribery, Liverpool's Xabi Alonso and Valencia duo David Villa and David Silva.

New coach Manuel Pellegrini is the man tasked with blending these talents into a team capable of challenging treble-winners Barcelona.

Kaka will not face much competition in midfield which was one of Madrid's weakest areas last season as they lacked flair players capable of opening up sides in big games.

His arrival will also cheer Madrid fans clamouring for a more entertaining brand of football, and who had often chanted "Where is Kaka?" at player presentations under Calderon over the last couple of years.

The history of the San Siro stadium

Inzaghi choose his favorite goal from 300

The press conference on Inzaghi's 300 goals was a voyage through the emotions of a Champion. Anecdotes, details, principles: Superpippo lived up to the expectancy of the day after his achievement.

Mister 300 arrived at the Milanello Conference Room still charged with adrenaline following yesterday's goals, but ready for Milan's next games: "In the last few years - Filippo Inzaghi started - I have always privileged team objectives, then as I heard yesterday on tv they want me to also go for Roberto Baggio's record of 318 professional goals, I will try, there are 19 goals left, we will see. But now my objectives are two: reach the Champions League again with Milan and continue to play and train without physical problems. I don't think too much about personal objectives, because if these bases are there, a strong Milan and my good condition, everything else comes naturally. The best goal of the 300? The one in Athens, the second in the final against Liverpool, on a great assist by Kaká. An important goal also for me, because until the Athens final I still had problems forgetting about that great save Buffon made on my diving header in the Manchester Final against Juventus. Then Inzaghi revealed some background information on his working methods: "I think that my characteristics are given to me by nature, like the goalscoring instinct and many other things that have helped me in these years.
Certainly I will never be a master dribbler like some other players, but my hard work and love for this work have helped me in my career. I have always had the right timing inside my head, it's a mechanical thing, but the real thing I've understood in these years is that to interpret my role well I have to feel good. That's why I try to train the right way.
In my career I have fought many duels, but the two strongest opponents I have found back at Milan: Maldini and Nesta. I've always tried to study my opponents and my team mates, some goals are caused by the fact that I knew who was crossing the ball, for example. This helps me a lot. Goalkeepers don't bother me. Certainly it's another thing to have Julio Cesar in front of you... But if I'm doing well the right ball comes sooner or later.

My heir? I don’t like comparisons because I think each player has his own characteristics. They all should do what they feel like based on their abilities. I think Milan will be fine for the next ten years with the Borriello-Pato couple. Also Paloschi is a great player. At Parma he is showing his qualities so I think Milan shouldn’t worry. Pazzini is another great striker: I have seen his qualities and he is showing them well, then there are also Acquafresca, Cacia."

The dedication and the memories: "These three hundred goals are a nice satisfaction. In these days I thought about Antwerp, because sometimes it happens that when you have a great joy you also think back to the past and some sad moments. Yesterday I thought about Abbiati and I dedicate this joy to him. His injury ruined my day, I also sent him a message. The whole team is very sad about it. At that moment I was reminded of my time at Antwerp, when I went alone at 32 years of age and I was there two months, few would have thought I would become a protagonist again, but I managed to do that."

"If I have to think back about an assist I remember that I allowed Baggio to score at the 1998 World Cup." And on the national team Inzaghi continued: "At my age it’s difficult to think about it but, if they would ask me, I couldn’t say no. Another memory I have impressed in my mind is an image of the fans: Milan-Red Star Belgrade on 9 August for the Champions League preliminaries, the day of my birthday with the banner on the stands, I felt they wanted my goal and then it arrived."

"I have never changed my way of playing. I try to move better. I hope to be able to return to Europe next year, to be up there with Raul and Muller, as an Italian it’s a great satisfaction. The Champions League has always brought out the best in me."

And the future? "I will stop when I don’t feel like this anymore. It will be a difficult day, but with my career I have to stop at the right moment. I will decide when to stop, it’s not up to anyone else to decide. I haven’t thought about when I will stop, but I would like to stay in this world. If Milan want to continue with me I would be more than happy. I don’t know if I will be a coach because I have too much tension, still today after many goals and many matches, before each game I feel an incredible tension. If I won’t be a coach I don’t know, perhaps some televisions will allow me to talk about football…"

Pippo then talked about his personal life and his family: "I found an extraordinary girlfriend and I am happy to obtain these satisfactions with her and my family. Destiny had already given me a lot with my work, now it has given me a fantastic woman and I want to enjoy this moment with her. I played with the team of the city I was born in, I was a top scorer at Bergamo with Atalanta. I never thought about going abroad because I always had the luck of playing close to home, I always had my family as a reference point and it always transmitted me the right serenity. All of this was fundamental for me."

From the thoughts about the past, he also talked about future objectives: "I’m happy I scored my first goal in Serie A with Piacenza which is my city, that I am very close to. Yesterday I thought about destiny, my first goal at Siena and then seventeen years later my 300th goal at the same venue. I don’t regret never winning the Golden Ball, I have my own Golden Ball here today, I hope that in the next few years Kaká will win it again or Pato will get it for the first time."

Pippo went on to talk about Milan’s season: "The real problem this year have been the numerous injuries. We had to do without players like Gattuso, Kaká, Borriello, Ronaldinho. I think this team can give problems to many teams and I’m convinced that if everyone is available we can all do very well. The criticisms I hear are certainly disappointing, but we are convinced we will get back to being who we were, and having seen how difficult it is to progress in the Champions League reminds us how much effort we have to put into it. Personally, I had to miss two months at the start of the season due to injury, then I came back and played the Uefa Cup. I came to Dubai with the flu, but now I’m doing well and as I get older the hot weather helps me."
