On the eve of the clash against Fiorentina, coach Leonardo spoke during the press conference and highlighted the importance of tomorrow's game to consolidate the third spot.

MILANELLO - These are the declarations of coach Leonardo during today's press conference:

ABOUT TOMORROW'S GAME AGAINST FIORENTINA
"Tomorrow's game is a different game to last year's against the Viola, which allowed us to reach the direct qualification to the Champions League, because whilst last year it was the last league game of the season, now there are three matches left before the end of this one and we play at San Siro. Surely the worth of the game is the same as that of last year, because also during this occasion we play the direct qualification to the next Champions League. Tomorrow against Fiorentina it will be a very important clash: Fiorentina will go o nthe pitch without thinking about issues which have hit the club in recent days. At San Siro I expect a Prandelli's team to arrive with great players. The Viola have a very clear way of playing, they have done well for a long period this season and then, as it happened to all the teams, they had a dip in form. It will be a difficult game and for us it is very important. Vargas is doubt? If the player is not available, Fiorentina have valid alternatives.@

ABOUT GILARDINO
"A player of his experience knows how to manage the moment he is going through, no matter how difficult it is. I don't know well what is happening inside the club, but I believe that he is always very present. He's a player who has matured a lot, he will go on the pitch with his own ideas. He will surely be dangerous because we know he scores many goals."

ABOUT THE TEAM'S MOMENT
"During this season, the team was always present with its head. On Saturday evening at Palermo, there were some difficult situations, we started the game badly, but we were still facing a great Palermo side. Milan knew how to react and manage the game, then there were some mistakes from our side which penalized us. Tomorrow we will go on the pitch to repeat the many good performances we had this year. This group during the season proved that during a game we are able to react, to be present, that we have pride and will, then it can happen to make mistakes."

ABOUT THE FUTURE AND HIS RAPPORT WITH PRESIDENT BERLUSCONI
"I believe I'm stubborn, I believe in my things and I do it with passion. My rapport with president Berlusconi is difficult, we are very different, we have different visions. It's an incompatibility from the way of being and the style. Each one of us has his own way, with all due respect. If someone says something that I did not say, I deny it. The rapports go forward. ABOUT THE INDIVIDUALS
"With regards to the individuals, Flamini, Ambrosini and Bonera should be available. The conditions of Favalli will be evaluated today, whereas Borriello will return from suspension. With regards to Abate, we must still evaluate his situation. Pato: next week it will be the one in which he will go on the pitch to do more difficult things, to be closer to the game. We'll see if we will use him against Genoa."

ABOUT HIS RAPPORT WITH THE FANS

ABOUT SAMPDORIA AND PALERMO
"I believe that Sampdoria has an advantage over Palermo from the mathematical point of view. However, they are both healthy teams who have done great this season, especially Sampdoria. They will still have to face each other, therefore it's difficult to make a prediction. I think about Milan, we have four points advantage and I believe that we can do well. It all depends from us. These three games are a motivation, they will be useful to have a confirmation of what this goup has done this year. We want to end well."

ABOUT THE INTER'S CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SEMI-FINAL
"On Wednesday evening I watched the game, but I believe that reaches the final does not do so by chance, but because it deserves it. Inter put in everything and deserves to play in the final."
